Server timeout

When I open the map I have no squads on it neither can I create my own one. It happens on every server. The only way the game somehow works is when I connect to US server (I'm from EU) but even then I can rarely connect, like once for every 20 tries I see 1 match no more. Every 1-2 min it disconnects me (only when I'm in main menu, for some reason when I somehow join a game it works just fine exept high latency because I'm forced to play on US server) and I get an error saying the server timed out. I've tried disabling my anti-virus, checking the game files using steam and reinstalling the game. Nothing helped.

I guess 2018.2.7f1 (I don't know where to find it)

Could you share your complete output log, please? [Ref] Where to find game log files

Perhaps though, you could try this Steam Launch Option:  --use_old_ports

What kind of connection are you using, and are you using any sort of Port Forwarding / Firewall on your router/modem?
