I seem to be getting some doubled inputs or something. If I hold my sprint key, my player will rapidly initiate a sprint continuously. If I hold the scoreboard key, then the scoreboard will flicker. When typing in chat, pressing backspace removes two chars.
I'm running Fedora 27.
At initial splash screen game exits, game log ends with:
Receiving unhandled NULL exception

Running Fedora 27.
After some further investigation this looks like a driver issue on Linux with the NVIDIA version 396.24. This is caused by NVIDIA and Unity not working well together on this version. We tested that this no longer occurs on NVIDIA version 390.48. This is out of our scope to fix and we will have to await a Unity/NVIDIA update on this.
We can however suggest a workaround:
You can install the "nvidia-driver-390" package via the update manager. This driver is more stable than the 396 version. It could be that the 396 one day fixes it self but we have no information on this.
After the game starts, there's only a black or dark screen, can't do or see anything, but hear the music play on the main menu.
Verifying the game files hasn't helped.
An effective workaround, according to reports on Steam, has been to use the -show-screen-selector Steam Launch Option, and then reselect the resolution from the pop-up Config Menu.
Sample video. The artifacts appear at 00:05
Artifacts such as these are very common on this map, they start appearing over a period of several minutes and then disappear for a while, but appear almost never on other maps and then only for a few seconds. The intensity of the artifacts can get much worse than in the video, rendering the game unplayable.
Also, several surfaces on this map, such as dead horses and the interior of burning buildings, are rendered with a weird metal-like texture, but that bug is not a showstopper so I didn't bother to record it.

The UI for the in-game menu doesn't scale when changing screen resolution to one lower then desktop resolution, resulting in the top of the menu being cut off.
This is in both Verdun and Tannenberg.
The games runs inconsistently jumping from 200-150 to 10-20 fps and back stuttering which makes it very difficult to aim. The GPU seems to be not loaded 100% all the time and dropping clocks. Especially in Champagne - it's like watching a slide-show.
After Nov 12 client update stutters still occur regularly, but the game even allows to move and look around at average 90 fps on ultra, but still not playable. Even on medium stutters occur sometimes even though fps is in 150-200 zone.
While troubleshooting, I reduced poll-rate of the mouse from 1000 Hz to 125 Hz which is suggested for AMD on Linux to reduce CPU bottleneck I guess.
Compared in-game monitoring stats in DOOM via Wine in Vulkan and OpenGL, and OpenGL produces similar stutters due to irregular 100% CPU spikes even when standing still at 90 fps but not on the same game-breaking level, so I assume it has something to do with CPU bottleneck.
I can capture some stutter footage if needed.

When I start Tannenberg I see splash screen from Verdun, is it normal? I do not own Verdun (I played it/have it installed through family share) but I just bought Tanneberg.
After starting I get error "could not connect (auth)" as on this screenshot. The main menu is also exactly like Verdun. When I press back button and click "Tannenberg" I get the right main menu, but I am still not connected. I also tried clicking "reconnect" but to no avail. Any ideas how to solve this? Thank you.
Using Linux Manjaro.
I already tried validating files (in steam).
Last game update fixed everything for me, thank you.
"[O]nce I get in a match I have approximately 3min before the game crashes to desktop. Linux, Ubuntu 18.04. I never had this issue before the Romainian update.

AMD Radeon 7570
How do i know this is not a graphics card problem? well, i can get any fps below 25, but never, never above 25 fps.
not much else to say, it is really intrusive and leads to input lag.
